ODOP - LC TRAM JOY RIDE Photo-Lovers Day Out - 28 (Calcutta Chapter)

Aloha from Kolkata,

Another photowalk in the heart of Kolkata, the tram ride on 13th of September was a memorable one and those who joined will have a tough time to forget the experience. An awesome experience ever.

We all started the journey from Tollygunge after clicking a group photo in which a member is missing (the one clicking the picture) we took a tram for Esplanade, but fate had it, there was a little communication error between us and we took a wrong tram and ended at Kalighat and in the way we faced alot of problem of clicking as it was raining too heavily and it was impossible to click in this weather, we had to close the windows!

It rained, we got wet, we got stuck in the mud, we got worried about our cameras and last but not the least we enjoyed with our camera!

But all is well that ends well, we had an awesome disastrous day which turned out to be one of the memorable day ever and we all are ready for another day like this soon!

26th ODOP-LC Photo lovers day out at Kalighat.

Last 24th of August 2014 we had organised for a photowalk in Kalighat. The day was bright and sunny, and everyone reached on time. 

"Kalighat (Bengali: কালীঘাট) is a locality of Kolkata, India. One of the oldest neighbourhoods in South Kolkata, Kalighat is also densely populated and vibrant—with a rich history of cultural intermingling with the various foreign incursions into the area over time."

The genre was street, so members were busy clicking everything they found in the streets and the vibrant alleys.
